Lakes Networking delivers new phone!
Ive had more than my fair share of hair-brained schemes in the past couple of years with Schuie and others, to try and link my passion for riding a dirt bike and remaining in industry utilising at least one of the two university degrees (so they arent expensive pieces of paper).Without the support of having good IT infrastructure behind me, well I cant imagine many, if any, of these ideas would have come to fruition (insert Queensland Moto Park as the big one!). With Lakes Networking, I have been given access to a website and domain, Microsoft Exchange email so I can check emails anywhere and not stress about losing contacts. Up to two laptops now with the new Asus Bamboo series, and Im now onto my third phone after the Nokia N97, Sony Xperia X10 and now on the Samsung Captivate Glide which is so far my favourite phone ever!In saying that, I have just received the new phone, which was originally only made for the US, but we got it shipped to Australia. With a lot of travel, I need something I can easily email and text easily, but also play decent movies (and The Simpsons). Im not a phone snob, but damn, without this one I would be in the Stone Age I think.Since with touch screen phones I never get back to anyone because I hated to type, at least this new phone has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Im all over emails in no time.As I am typing this, Im logged in on my phone to the back-end of my website in Berlin, and its like practically being on the laptop. Thanks again to Lakes Networking for all of their help. Keep checking back because I have a new website design coming too!!www.lakesnetworking.com.au
