Ultimate Guide to Freestyle - Still out there!
Tuesday, 08 December 2009 04:33

UGTFMX2I can't believe it's been a year since the Ultimate Guide to Freestyle has been released, which I think was the last week of November 2008 and you may be surprised to know it's still available?

One year on, and the Ultimate Guide to Freestyle is still available to be purchased at your local newsagent or selected bookstores.

So how do you get your hands on it?  You haven't seen it in the newsagents for ages?  Well the deal was from the start that the Ultimate Guide to Freestyle is actually available for 2 years and you'll still see it advertised in FreeriderMX magazines also.

All you need to do is ask your local newsagent or book store if they have a copy.  If not, they still have access to order it in for you which may take a week.

You can also order the book directly from Morrison Media for the same RRP of $19.95 which is so cheap compared to the knowledge you'll gain from it.  Click here to go to the Morrison Media online store on the Ultimate Guide:  http://morrisonmedia.com.au/shop/?product=274

For those of you who aren't sure what's in the book, here's a blurb courtesy of FreeriderMX Magazine:

UGTFMX2It doesn't matter whether you're a first-timer who's never flung a leg over a motorcycle, a Pro wanting to learn new tricks, or someone who just wants to look at stunning photographs, The Freerider MX Ultimate Guide to Freestyle will quickly become your bible.

Written by Steve Sommerfeld with the help of Australia's top riders, Matt Schubring, Robbie Maddison, Steve Mini, Robbie Marshall and current Super X Pro Lites leader Matt Moss, we'll help you buy your first motorcycle and riding gear, explain the different types of ramps and dirt obstacles you're likely to face, and cover the fundamentals of riding a dirt bike.

We'll then walk you through 24 of the most popular FMX tricks from Heelclickers and Superman Seatgrabs, right through to huge combos and the Backflip. We'll then offer invaluable advice on entering competitions and judging formats, and how to hunt down sponsors and keep 'em happy.

The Ultimate Guide to Freestyle will be available from all good bookstores and newsagents in the sports section (not the magazine rack), and it'll only cost you $19.95 in Australia, or $24.95 in New Zealand.
