I'm just heading to the Brisbane international airport again for the next trip this year to the land of the long white cloud for the New Zealand Farm Jam competition. Last year when I headed over it was the best and most fun competition I've ridden in and this year aims to be even better.
With all this rain around lately it's been so hard to get any practise in on the bike! With 6 weeks overseas and most of that was raining and then coming home with more rain, one would think that it's just following me everywhere.
Each month I have a column on the European FMX site Forty8.de. It's actually a pretty kick ass site with plenty of info on the Euro scene and more importantly it's up to date.
Since arriving back in Australia 2 weeks ago, I've been absolutely flat out and one of those reasons is the reinvigoration of the Trail Bike park in Queensland. The current government has finally agreed to support a trail bike park to help the needs of South East Queensland's some 300,000 moto riders who have nowhere to go.
The guys over at TVOne have put together some of the television footage from the last round of the Powercross series in Jakarta, Indonesia which includes the Hart Attack jump where I had the fireworks explode just as I was coming down.
