After 3 and a half months of playing Wii, contemplating life and watching more than my fair share of day time television I’m back on the bike and riding with my mate Schuie at his home at Boonah. I probably wasn’t ready to get on, but isn’t it always the case a little peer pressure gets you moving.

Lakes Networking owner Jason Brown and his web-site creating guru Tim Kasule have been flat out working on my new site. Well, even without being able to ride, I headed to Belgium during May which was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I met quite a lot of top riders and guys in Europe and hopefully it can help for later trips overseas for shows and competitions.
One of the highlights was definitely pulling on my first pair of boots in 2 months and having a ride on the Team FMX4Ever bike and riding the world famous Lommel MX track which is the Belgian track in the World GP of Motocross racing. It hurt a bit, but I managed to do 3 laps, so I can say I’ve ridden it and it was one hell of an experience.

After my doozy of a crash from the Lancelin Sand Dunes in WA, I got back home and checked into Lifestyle Therapies Physio clinic where James and Dianne lined up a treatment for my massively bruised hamstrings. The Q-Magnets that they are using in Physio's were basically a trial on me to see what I thought, and to be honest, I couldn't be more surprised.
